Some of the things we are looking for:

• Min two years as a sushi chef
• Making sushi including maki, nigiri as well as preparing fish and sashimi platters. Good experience in Japanese food would be ideal.
• Assisting Head Chef in maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
• A passion for Good Food
• Good teamwork skills are essential

Busy restaurant needs experienced chef. Been able to manage meat and fish sections would be an advantege. We have a small but successful team who are
passionate about food.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. We pay overtime for any extra shifts worked. You will work no double shifts or split shifts.
