(M/W) - All kinds of people can benefit from counselling, or psychotherapy, whether they are feeling distressed, or unwell, or simply wish to improve
certain aspects of their lives.

- Potential clients will be offered a 30-minute assessment session which is free of charge. The purpose of this first session is to establish whether
the client and counsellor wish to work together.

- Thereafter, clients will be required to pay for all subsequent sessions which will last for 50 minutes. Those with limited funds may be able to
agree the low income rate by negotiation.

- A friendly and professional service provided in an atmosphere of warmth, trust and acceptance.

(M/W) I am a Registered Nurse (LD) and hold a degree in Psychology. I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life
Coaching with Trevor Silvester at the Quest Institute and I hold a diploma of Hypnotherapy from the National Council of Hypnotherapy. I have
extensively studied Spirituality, Numerology, Astrology and the Tarot. More recently I have trained as a certified HypnoBirthing® therapist.

As an experienced healer, I offer sessions that either focus on Hypnotherapy/NLP, Life Coaching or Healing using individual techniques or a
