Hypnotherapist

I am a Registered Nurse (LD) and hold a degree in Psychology. I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life Coaching with Trevor Silvester at the Quest Institute and I hold a diploma of Hypnotherapy from the National Council of Hypnotherapy. I have extensively studied Spirituality, Numerology, Astrology and the Tarot. More recently I have trained as a certified HypnoBirthing® therapist.

As an experienced healer, I offer sessions that either focus on Hypnotherapy/NLP, Life Coaching or Healing using individual techniques or a combination of these disciplines within any one session. I work holistically with clients to promote healing of the mind, body and spirit.
